Remote Support

We can help with a varity of issues and programming remotely. If you have a issue with your Avaya / Lucent / AT&T phone system, or need something changed, fill out the following form for remote help.

We can help with the following systems:

  • IP Office
  • Partner ACS / Partner / Partner II
  • Merin Magix
  • Merlin Legend

Remote support is billed at $80.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum, in 30 minute increments.

Remote support for the IP Office may require a remote control program to be downloaded on to a pc connected to the system. The remote control program will be provided for free, by us, or if you already have a remote control service setup, we can utilize it.

WCI remote programming and tech support is provided during WCI’s regular business hours unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.  Support provided outside regular business hours may incur additional charges.  WCI’s regular hours of operation are 8:30am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.

While we can reset passwords, we can not under any circumstances give out factory password or reset procedures. If we can not get access to put in the passwords ourself then we can not help you.
